Heard of Mooncups?
Heard they are hippy-messy-smelly?
Well, I am a huge fan and so are the majority of my girl friends.
(Maybe we are are all hippy-messy-smelly? lol)
They are convenient, low maintenance and utterly liberating not to forget environmentally kind.
When I was travelling in India my Mooncup was a life saver. I cannot stress enough how it s changed my approach to my period. It offers you freedom and peace of mind.
My fantastically thorough friend Emily did some research in to the options of menstrual cups and here are the links:

Any questions just e mail/call me - I can rave about it all day! I went to a party once covered in dangling tampons! The theme was 'washed up', I was feeling a bit controversial and pinned a picture of a cup on my sleeve. I spent the whole evening having great conversations with people - men and women - about the cup option. I was blown away by how much negative rumor there is! Could this be because of the huge revenue made on your current chosen sanitary protection ladies?
